Deliveries & Policies


All our boxed, frozen products are transported in a freezer equipped truck, to ensure that you receive the finest quality seafoods.

We deliver all our frozen seafood products, and our canned products to your door, (or to an alternate location) by arrangement when you place your order.

We are a small family-run business. While the boys are away fishing from March through October, Lynne and Ian will be holding down the fort with occasional assistance from our relatives. This obliges us to organize our orders and deliver in a coherent fashion, to minimize the possibility of pandemonium! We thank you for your consideration when ordering and confirming delivery. We will do everything we can to facilitate delivery of your order.


There is no additional delivery charge. The costs of delivery, on our scheduled delivery dates, are included in the prices of our products.


Orders placed and confirmed by 4 pm, the day before our scheduled deliveries to your area (see below), will be delivered to your door. We will phone or email you to confirm your order and to arrange an approximate time for us to deliver.

We will deliver your order to your door (or to another location by prior arrangement) on the following schedule:

Chemainus / Ladysmith / Nanaimo / Lantzville: Tuesdays 10 am to 6 pm.

Nanoose / Parksville / Qualicum Beach / Bowser: Thursdays 10 am to 6 pm.


All undeliverable orders will be returned to Natural Gift Seafoods. To avoid this occurrence, please ensure that the address, phone number, and other contact information you provide is valid and complete. Please ensure that there will be someone at the delivery location to receive your order.

If no one is at the delivery location to receive your order, the order will be returned, stored, and re-delivered on the next scheduled delivery day. There will be a $50 charge for the return, storage, and re-delivery of your order.
